At peak, a team of 8. At leanest, 3. We supported 22 cross-functional partners across full product scope, from product discovery to production code. We developed and iterated an AI-powered design process that compressed discovery cycles by 50% and expanded ownership to front-end delivery, enabling designers to rapidly inform strategy while releasing more solutions than when the team was larger.

Member Feed & Work Management
I led design for the member feed — a signal-driven feed that surfaced the right patients to the right care team roles based on clinical criteria, market, and role type. Rules-based by necessity, but explicitly designed as a chassis for future AI. It was ahead of where the org was culturally and technically so it was put on hold. However, Cityblock is rebuilding toward this same vision in 2026. The foundation was right.

Rising Risk
Rising Risk is a rules-based risk engine designed to catch high-risk patients before they became high-cost ones. I helped size the market, validated product-market fit, and designed the prototype that shipped as the actual product. It survived an acquisition. It's still live. Outcomes: 50% reduction in cost for multi-visit patients across 1B+ encounters annually.
